Meet Our Client Relations Specialists
Haig Keylian, B.S., B.A.
My name is Haig and, as one of your client relations specialists, my job is to ensure that your enrollment into therapy goes smoothly and to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Having worked in restaurants in the past, customer service has always been something that I have been passionate about. My favorite part about working at ACCS is getting to see the positive change and growth that clients experience after starting to attend therapy. It really is amazing to see how therapy can truly change people’s lives!
I graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2024 with a B.S. in Psychology and a B.A. in History.
When I am not at work, some of my main hobbies include cooking, playing guitar, golfing, reading, and traveling. I am very passionate about understanding more about the world and try to spend as much time as possible learning new things.

Angie Fuerte-Ramirez, BACJ, B.A., DV Counselor
Hello! As your Client Relations Specialist, I'm often one of the first friendly faces you'll encounter at ACCS. My job is ensuring that communication flows smoothly between our clients, their therapists, and important referral partners like courts, service agencies, and legal teams.
In addition, I am also a newly licensed Domestic Violence Program Counselor. During afternoons and weekends, I co-facilitate domestic violence groups for clients seeking to build healthier relationships. Pursuing this role has deepened my passion for advocacy, and helping people create meaningful, lasting change.
My academic journey includes bachelor's degrees in Criminal Justice and Psychology, laying the groundwork for my aspiration to eventually join our therapists as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor.
Outside of work I am most likely shopping or spending time with my siblings and my best friend. I also enjoy spending time outdoors and catching a pretty sunrise or sunset vibe.
