I graduated from Walden University in 2022 with a Masters of Science Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have a valid intern license in the state of Nevada. My clinical specialties include OCD, trauma, anxiety, peripartum mental health, and relationship wellness. My therapeutic philosophy involves meeting the client where they are at, providing a warm safe atmosphere to talk about life's challenges, and collaboratively working with the client to achieve their therapeutic goals. I use a number of therapeutic modalities to address client concerns, including DBT, ERP, ACT, attachment theory, and Gottman couples theory. In my spare time, I enjoy relaxing with family, watching a good movie, getting outdoors, and crafting. I look forward to meeting you!
