Ashley Landreth, MFT Practicum Intern

I love working with people in all stages of life. Whether you are moving through a challenging season or dealing with a long-standing mental health issue, I am here to help you navigate it.

My training and interests span a wide range of ages and concerns. I enjoy working with children, teens, adults, couples, and parents. I also have specialized experience working with senior citizens. My clients have found success managing their anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief and loss, parenting challenges, caregiver stress, and relationship issues.

I’ve been married for 25 years and have six children, which adds lived experience to my clinical background. This perspective helps me approach each person with curiosity, sensitivity, and respect. My goal is to create a comfortable space where you can be yourself and begin to feel more grounded and hopeful. I use an integrative approach that draws from several therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral, narrative, emotion-focused, and psychodynamic therapies.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, being in the sunshine, and spending time with my family.
